A goal in either half from Bulgarian striker Dimitar Berbatov gave Manchester United a comfortable 2-0 win over Steve Bruce coached Sunderland at Old Trafford.
United dominated the game, especially in the opening 45 minutes, and were good value for their 2-0 win.
